TroupsShop is an individual-operated digital goods service based in Ukraine. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services. We operate primarily for customers in the EU and the US and aim to comply with GDPR principles.

2. What Data We Collect
From Paddle (upon completed payment):
- Your email address (from payment receipt)
- Transaction ID and order details (products purchased, amount, date)
- Country of purchase (used for tax purposes by Paddle)
From Discord (during order communication):
- Your Discord username and messages exchanged for order support
Temporarily, for service delivery only:
- Steam login credentials — used solely to perform the region change or wallet top-up, then immediately discarded. Never stored.
- Discord login credentials — used solely to activate Nitro, then immediately discarded. Never stored.
- Steam username — for wallet top-ups that don't require a full login. Not stored after delivery.
We do not collect payment card details — these are handled entirely by Paddle.
We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To process and deliver your order.
- To contact you via Discord or email regarding your order status or issues.
- To resolve disputes, handle refund requests, and respond to chargebacks.
- To maintain basic records for legal and accounting purposes.
We never use your data for marketing, profiling, or selling to third parties.
4. Account Credentials — Special Notice
When you share login credentials with us for service delivery:
- Credentials are used only for the specific action you paid for.
- They are not written down, saved to any file, or shared with anyone.
- We log out immediately upon completion.
- We recommend you change your password right after every service that required account access.
This is handled on a trust basis. If you are uncomfortable sharing credentials, we offer alternative delivery methods where possible (e.g. Steam gift, top-up by username).
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data. The only third party that receives your data is:
- Paddle — payment processor and merchant of record. They handle all payment data independently under their own Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies
Our website uses only one type of cookie: a session cookie required for the admin panel to function. This cookie is not set for regular visitors and is not used for tracking.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking service.
7. Data Retention
- Order data (email, transaction ID, items): retained for a minimum of 12 months for legal and dispute resolution purposes.
- Discord messages: retained as long as the Discord server exists or until you request deletion.
- Account credentials: never retained — discarded immediately after service delivery.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data.
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing of your data.

9. Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data. Order data is stored on a secured server. No payment card information is ever stored by us. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via our Discord server. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
