TroupsShop is operated by an individual seller based in Ukraine. We provide digital goods and services to customers primarily in the European Union and the United States. By using our service, you enter into an agreement with us as an individual merchant.

2. Services We Provide
TroupsShop offers the following digital services:
- Steam Wallet Top-Up — We add funds to your Steam account via gift card delivery, direct account login, or by Steam username (depending on the method applicable to your account).
- Steam Region Change — We temporarily log into your Steam account and switch the store region to Ukraine by making a small local purchase. This is an official Steam procedure.
- Discord Nitro Activation — We log into your Discord account and activate Nitro for the selected duration. We log out immediately upon completion.
All services are digital. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via Discord. Payment details will be provided after you confirm your order with us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other common methods.
Prices are listed in EUR. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your account is in a different currency.
An order is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed by Paddle and you receive a confirmation receipt via email.
4. Working Hours & Delivery
We are available and process orders daily from 09:00 to 00:00 Kyiv time (EET/EEST). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next available session.
Delivery timeframes:
- During working hours: typically within 15–60 minutes of payment.
- Outside working hours: at the start of the next session (09:00 Kyiv time).
- Maximum delivery time: 24 hours from payment. If exceeded, a full refund is issued automatically.
5. Account Access & Security
For services requiring temporary account access (Steam region change, Discord Nitro activation), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- You voluntarily provide login credentials solely for the purpose of the specific service purchased.
- We will only perform the exact action described in the service — nothing else.
- We log out of your account immediately upon completing the service.
- We do not store, record, or share your credentials after the service is completed.
- We strongly recommend you change your password after every service that required account access.
- You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from not changing your password after service completion.
For Steam Wallet top-ups delivered by username (without login), no account access is required and no credentials should be shared.
6. Eligibility
Our services are intended for users aged 18 and older, or users who have obtained parental or guardian consent. We do not actively verify age at the point of purchase. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement or have the necessary consent.
We serve customers primarily in the European Union and the United States.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false account credentials or information that prevents us from delivering the service.
- Initiate fraudulent chargebacks after a service has been successfully delivered.
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission.
- Use our services in violation of Steam's, Discord's, or any other platform's terms of service.
Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our service and will be disputed with Paddle and the relevant payment provider.
8. Non-Delivery & Alternatives
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:
- A full refund to the original payment method.
- A replacement product or service of equivalent value, if you agree.
We will contact you via Discord as soon as we become aware of any delivery issue.
9. Third-Party Platforms
TroupsShop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Valve Corporation (Steam) or Discord Inc. Use of our services does not guarantee compliance with those platforms' terms of service — you are responsible for understanding and following their rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
As an individual seller, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms as a result of their own policies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will announce significant changes in our Discord server.
